1. Ir. Frankie Chong (B.Sc., MBA, P.Eng., MIEM, PMP) - is a certified trainer, professional engineer and a certified PMP with an in-depth knowledge and more than 30 years of working experience in managing small and large projects in various industries. His main areas of work experience include project and people management & consultancy, engineering operations and technical development, business reengineering, strategic planning, education and training.
For many years, he has been concentrating on conducting Project Management seminars, PMP Certification courses, project consultancy services and training both locally and internationally. Many of his clients come from MNCs, SMEs as well as government bodies. Hundreds of participants have benefited from his training which is knowledge and skill-based, action-orientated, highly interactive and complemented with exercises, practical applications and real-life case studies. Bhd, as a Quality Systems Engineer, and in Hewlett Packard (M) Sdn. Bhd as the Marketing Development Manager, a General Manager cum ICT Solution Consultant for Sarawak Information System Sdn. Bhd. based in Brunei Darussalam. With more than 10 years of experience in the ICT solution consultancy and project management, she possesses excellent administrative, verbal communication and written skills along with knowledge and experience in mentoring and public speaking skills.
Since 2012, she was mentored and trained by Handwriting and Forensic Document Examiner Mr. William Pang of HFDE Services Singapore, a well-known expert who has provided services in document examination to lawyers and the private sector and in Family, Labour, Syariah, Subordinate and the High courts in Singapore and Malaysia, Brunei, Mauritius, South Africa and Hong Kong.
Ms Tay also enrolled and was certified under the mentorship of Sheila Lowe’s Self Study Program in Gestalt Handwriting Analysis in August 2013. Has pursued further certification on trait strokes analysis with Handwriting University International, USA in May 2014. She is also a Member of iGAS, Handwriting University, AHAF and BIG.
